You may list your home on the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with NO listing commission.

Simply have your company register.  We will issue an employer ID number

and list on the MLS system.

If you work for a corporation, company, business, association, or are a proprietorship or storeowner, or work for the federal state or county government, we will list your home located in MD-VA-DC on the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for no listing commission!

There is nothing you need to do.  Simply ask your company to register so we may give them an employer’s ID for you. There is no obligation or cost for your company to register.

It usually takes one day to generate the employer’s ID number.

Once your employer registers your company, you may list your home at any time on the MLS system. 

Your savings in Realtor® commission will be $3000 for every $100,000 of your selling price… ex: $12,000 on a $400,000 home.  You may use your savings for anything you wish…a down payment or closing costs for your new home, a vacation, new car, etc.

Costs to employee:

  • $195.00 - There is no listing commission.  This handling fee applies to collect your listing information and place the property in the MLS system.  You will also be listed on Realtor.com and other public web sites such as Homes.com, Homegain.com, etc. (as appropriate for the MLS system in your area).
  • $175.00 – A sales transaction fee is paid upon settlement.  This is for paperwork processing unrelated to the listing itself. 
  • Optional marketing materials are available such as signs, lockboxes, etc.

    When you are ready to list, simply,

    1. Determine your selling price.
    2. List in minutes at  www.employeelistingexpress.com
    3. Realtors® will begin to show and sell your home!
    4. Attend settlement and collect your proceeds.

    You may offer a small selling commission of your choice to the buyer-agent who brings you the buyer.
