Information for employers.

Through us, your employees may list their home on the Realtors® Multiple Listing System (MLS) with no listing commission.

It costs you absolutely nothing.  Simply inform employees of the program and give them a password.

When their home sells, they will save thousands of dollars in listing commissions and be grateful to their company for this opportunity.  They will save $3000 for every $100,000 of their selling price… ex: $15,000 on a $500,000 home.

In return for your sponsorship, your or your company will receive $495.00 from their settlement company.

Costs to employee.

• $195.00 - There is no listing commission, only a $195.00 handling fee to collect the information and list the property in the MLS system.  They are also listed on Realtor.com and public web sites such as Homes.com, Homegain.com, etc. (as appropriate for their MLS service area).

• $175.00 – A sales transaction fee paid is paid at settlement- for paperwork processing unrelated to the listing itself. 

Costs to employer.

• Nothing.

Payment to employer.

• $495.00 – The settlement attorney will pay you or your company a $495.00 sponsorship fee from the employee’s proceeds upon settlement.
