Clark Select Properties, Inc. is pleased to present our commission-less price list. We save you thousands of dollars by eliminating high commissions and offering a menu-based price schedule for services performed only as needed.
How do we compare?
- We never charge a 3% listing commission, just the $195.00 listing fee.
- We offer a 6 month listing period. You may shorten or lengthen as you wish.
- We never charge for a color home photo on MLS-associated websites such as Realtor.com.
- We provide optional Realtor® lockboxes and signs with no deposit required.
- We pass all internet inquiries received about your home, directly to you.
- We pass all leads directly to you from incoming military, government and corporate transferrees, and area relocation departments.
- We offer Free Contracts and Forms!
